Transcription terminator for a 7-fragment Type IIs assembly with Bbs1

  • This is a E.coli derived terminator sequence based on rrb_T1? It can be used to effectively stop the translation of your gene of interest. This sequence is modified for Synechocystis sp PCC 6803 and for position 6 in a 7-fragment type IIs assembly with Bbs1.
